How do I order?

Go to our shop page, select the item and add it to your cart and follow the check out instructions.

Refunds/Returns

Digital products are non-returnable and are therefore non-refundable. if you have any issues with your order please contact us at - admin@yournaturalcolorpalette.com so that we can help resolve your issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Price Changes/Product Availability/Out Of Stock Items

Prices and availability of products are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.

If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder which you will be notified of. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you and you will receive notification of this.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. Promo Codes

You may only enter one promo code per order. You can enter the promo code in your shopping cart (once you have added something to your cart) or at checkout. Once in the shopping cart page, you will see an area that says PROMO CODE, where you can enter your promo code.

If you fail to enter the promo code and complete your order we cannot refund or cancel the order because orders are processed immediately. Nor can we credit back any amount due to security purposes.

Promo codes are subject to one-time use, containing a cap on the amount discounted or limited to selected products.
