Go to our shop page, select the item and add it to your cart and follow the check out instructions.

We are required to collect sales tax for orders and deliveries to Florida.

Happy customers is our top priority! We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you’re not happy for any reason with anything you’ve ordered, return it to us or request a full refund (for virtual items) within 30 days with your original receipt. You can request the refund via your account dashboard.

For physical products (swatch palettes, makeup kits) – In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets and not individual items.

Contact Your Natural Color Palette for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number at info@yournaturalcolorpalette.com. Include your order number, name, e-mail address, and phone number with your return, so we can contact you if necessary.

Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you return your item within 30 days of purchase, and paid with a credit or debit card, and paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be applied to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.

If you paid with PayPal, a full refund for the purchase price of the item will be applied to your PayPal account. Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Your Natural Color Palette outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. Exchanges: Your Natural Color Palette charges $3.99 for return shipping and handling. Please include a check or contact us with a card number at info@yournaturalcolorpalette.com

Prices and availability of products are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.

If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder which you will be notified of. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you and you will receive notification of this.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information you provide for internal purposes only such as confirming and tracking your order, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services, and special offers, and providing you with information about our brand.

You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such mailings, please let us know via email by contacting us online at yournaturalcolorpalette.com and we will immediately delete your name from our mailing list.

You may only enter one promo code per order. You can enter the promo code in your shopping cart (once you have added something to your cart) or at checkout. Once in the shopping cart page, you will see an area that says PROMO CODE, where you can enter your promo code.

If you fail to enter the promo code and complete your order we cannot refund or cancel the order because orders are processed immediately. Nor can we credit back any amount due to security purposes. Promo Codes including Free Shipping can be applied to orders being shipped domestically only.
